ROBIN TROWER - LIVE [1976:::2026} 50TH ANN. RELEASE [apr.2,2026]

 A MUST HAVE FOR FANS OF TROWER, OR GUITAR RELEASES [PERIOD]

Robin Trower’s solo career is being celebrated with another 50th anniversary reissue of one of his acclaimed solo efforts, the 1976 landmark concert album, Live!, via Chrysalis Records. The expanded edition, newly remixed and restored from the original multi-track tapes, arrived on April 3, 2026. The release finally makes available the full concert for the very first time for this definitive Deluxe Extended Edition. It’s available on 2-CDs or 2-LPs in the U.S. here, in Canada here and in the U.K. here.

Originally issued in 1976, this powerful set recorded at the Stockholm Concert Hall on February 3, 1975, captured the Robin Trower Band—Trower, James Dewar (bass/vocals) and Bill Lordan (drums). Due to the limitations of vinyl at the time, only seven tracks from the show made it onto the original LP.

Recorded live at Stockholm Concert Hall on February 3rd 1975

for Swedish Broadcasting Corporation.
